03-02-2017 Education, Health and Care Plan: Helping to Plan Your Child's Future together
The information sessions below are relevant to all parents who have a child/young person who have yet to have their Statement converted to an EHCP, but in particular to Year 9 parents. So please do pass this email onto other parents who you think this would help.
As you may be be aware the conversion of Year 9 pupils with a Statement to an EHCP will be commencing on 13th February.
It is important for Year 9 parents in particular, to attend one of the free information sessions below, so you know how to prepare and what to expect, to make the conversion process as smooth and successful as possible. You can also ask if any of the staff from your child's school can attend with you, if this is possible.
Parents who have previously attended have said it's been one of the most valuable sessions they have been to, so do sign up and go along to make sure you have all the information you need.
